United Way Day of Caring
Saturday, Sept 15th from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m on Davis Street in Endwell, NY.
WE ARE happy to announce that our project will be with VINES “Build A Community Garden Project”
We will be constructing community garden beds, filling them with soil and getting them prepared for spring plantings. VINES will choose the location in late summer, selected from community members’ proposals for new gardens in their neighborhoods. No experience is needed.
You will have Nirchi’s pizza for lunch before your shift ends at 1:00pm. Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. Please have volunteers bring work gloves and bottled water if desired.
